A method for the mobile terminal to download data, a download system and a mobile terminal applying the download system, and a method and system for realizing sharing the data among mobile terminals. The download method includes steps of: the primary terminal divides the data to be downloaded into multiple data mission fragments(S04), and assigns the data mission fragments to each mobile terminal(S05); the mobile terminal downloads the data according to the assigned data fragment(S06), and transmits the data fragment to corresponding mobile terminals(S07). The download system includes a server, at least a primary mobile terminal and at least a sub mobile terminal. The present invention also provides a method for realizing sharing the data among mobile terminals, including the step of transmitting the downloaded data to other mobile terminals within the data sharing network. By applying the present invention, it can improve the download rate, the mobile terminal can join the sharing download group at any time to download the data and share the data. As a result, it can save the network source and alleviate the load of the network equipment.
