A short-flow system for producing cement with metallurgy slag comprises a slag granulation device located at one side of railway for slag car and a railway for slag chute car at the other side, wherein a slag chute is mounted on the slag chute car, and inlet and outlet of the chute are connected with slag outlet of steel-making furnace and chute of slag granulation device respectively; a pool located at outlet of the slag granulation device, a device for lifting and dewatering the granulated slag located in the pool, and the granulated slag conveyor mounted at outlet of the device, wherein outlet of the conveyor is disposed above inlet of primary magnetic separator, slag tails outlet of the primary magnetic separator is connected with inlet of coarse grinding machine via slag tails conveyor, outlet of coarse grinding machine is connected with inlet of secondary magnetic separator, the fine powder slag outlet and slag tails outlet of the secondary magnetic separator are connected with fine powder slag conveyor and inlet of ultra-fine grinding machine respectively, and outlet of ultra-fine grinding machine is connected with cement conveyor.
