Two adjacent first electrodes (8) are arranged on either side of a second electrode (9) that is formed from a conductor cable (14). The conductor cable is hooked onto elastic fingers (15) held by a chassis (13), such that the fingers tension the conductor cable. An independent claim is also included for an application of a particle ionizing device.
