A compact device and a method for manufacturing a rubber sheet reinforced with cord capable of manufacturing, by a limited production of a wide variety of goods, the rubber sheet reinforced with cord such as a belt material and a body ply material for a tire by varying cord material, cord arrangement angle, and sheet width. In the method, a rubber coated cord group is continuously wrapped around the surfaces of a pair of cylindrical rotating bodies rotating in the same direction or on the surfaces of cylindrical rotating bodies formed by disposing a plurality of small diameter roller group on the side faces of cylinders.
