A shift system of a rooftop ring in a complex apartment is provided to have no necessity for using an auxiliary rope for changing the descending position of a main rope, to have no necessity for unfastening a main rope according to change of position, to prevent a rope from being damaged by the corners of a rooftop handrail and to manage a rope easily by shortening the length of a rope. A shift system of a rooftop ring in a complex apartment comprises: a slide rest(210) composed of many retreated grooves(220) and many support plates(230,230'); a rope fixture composed of a projection provided with a rope fixing ring inserted to an installation hole, and a body attached with the projection tightly; and a rope support(260) composed of an upper support and a lower support connected with each other using a hinge to be movable, a rope fixing projection formed on both ends of the upper support and the lower support to prevent the separation of a rope, and a coupler formed on the bottom of the lower support to be inserted to the projection of the rope fixture.
