The invention relates to a method for decorating a support (1) comprising openings (2) with a liquid polymer substance (3) which can solidify, comprising the following steps: the polymer substance (3) is deposited in a liquid state on a first side of the support; a pressure is exerted upon the polymer substance before it solidifies in order to cause it to pass through the openings (2) of the support (1) and to cause it to protrude from a second side (4) of the support opposite the first side; the polymer substance (3) is allowed to solidify after it passes through the openings (2) of the support (1).
