The coverings are needled with fiber aggregates containing the visible layer, in which the fiber aggregates are needled with one another and with a support layer. The fiber aggregate containing the transparent layer has a sufficiently transparent optical, water proof compound. The water proof compound is made of polymer plastic. The water proof compound consists of acrylate, polyurethane, polyethylene and its derivatives, ionomer made of a mixture or same. An independent claim is also included for the textile planar structure, which are derived from pieces of processed carpet material.
