BI-DIRECTIONAL DOUBLE-ACTING, HOLLOW, HIGHLY PRESSURED PILE LOAD TEST AND CONSTRUCTION METHOD OF AXIAL LOAD DISTRIBUTION IN CASE OF EXISTING BDDHH PLT DEVICE IN THE MIDDLE OF A PILE
A bi-directional pile load testing apparatus using a double-acting hollow high pressure jack and a method of drawing out distribution degree of axial load when the pile load testing apparatus is installed between piles are provided to secure the loading volume and preclude the eccentricity when loading. A bi-directional pile load testing apparatus using a double-acting hollow high pressure jack is composed of an upper loading plate having a predetermined thickness and diameter; a lower loading plate placed at the lower part of the upper loading plate; a double-acting hollow high pressure jack positioned between the two plates; upper and lower displacement measuring telltales(18) fixed at a pile(16); a hydraulic pressure jack extensometer fixed at the side of the high hydraulic pressure jack; a high hydraulic pressure pump(22) supplying the hydraulic pressure to the high hydraulic pressure jack; and a high hydraulic pressure hose(24) and a load and pressure controller for supplying the hydraulic pressure generated at the pump.
