An air supply device for a high aerobic digestion reactor is provided to promote reaction by introducing air to livestock sewage by rotating a spiral screw and control an rpm of a driving motor according to temperature of the reactor to keep the temperature at an optimum degree, thereby preventing odor generation and activating decomposition reaction by the temperature control. An air supply device for a high aerobic digestion reactor includes a fixing part(12) mounted at a side of the high aerobic digestion reactor(10) and having a hollow part and a flange(14) at an end. An outer casing(20) is formed with a first outer casing flange(22) contacting the flange of the fixing part and fixed thereto, and inserted into an inside of the reactor, wherein the outer casing has a hollow inside part. An inner casing(30) is inserted into the hollow part of the outer casing and has a spiral screw(34) at an end to stir livestock sewage and a hollow inside part(31) to be supplied with air. A connection pipe(33) is fixed to the inner casing to supply air into the inner casing through an air inlet(32). A driving motor(42) has a shaft(44) connected to the connection pipe axially. A sealing element(36) is inserted into a gap between the inner and outer casings for preventing leakage of the livestock sewage to the outside.
