The present invention describes a method of manufacturing an electron emission field emitter by pasting a nano carbon-based material in order to manufacture an emitter that emits electrons in a field emission display (FED: Field Emission Display). The nano-carbon paste according to the present invention can be applied to both carbon nanotubes and carbon nanofibers which are particulate nano carbon-based curable and epoxy resins, and the metal oxide is added to the paste to significantly increase adhesion and dispersibility and to emit electrons. In addition, by introducing a buffer electrode to prevent the emitter detachment even under high voltage, the reliability of the emitter is increased even after packaging.; Carbon nanofibers, carbon nanotubes, emitters, field emission display devices
