A 3 layer anti-dust clothing having elasticity is provided to improve moisture permeable and water proof function, to discharge the moisture(sweat) generated inside, to elevate filtering efficiency of external contaminating materials, and to allow comfortable action of a user from elasticity of the clothing fabrics. The 3 layer anti-dust clothing having elasticity for comfortable action of the user comprises: an outer layer(10) comprising general polyester yarn, electrically conductive yarn and elastic fast dry polyester yarn; an inner layer(20) comprising spun mesh fabrics woven with tricot; and a middle layer(30) adhered between the outer layer(10) and the inner layer(20), which forms multilayer network from electrical emission of polyurethane(PU) and has micro pores in the network.
