A method and a system for collecting/processing monitoring data of a No-7 signal network monitoring device are provided to reduce server load and remove processing delay of the monitoring data by storing local data and link data to a database of a local server, and automatically storing the link data to the database of a central server with a replication function of the database. Multiple signal relays(20) relay signal information transfer among signal points. A collector(101) collects a signal message flown in multiple signal links of the signal relays. The local server(200) receives information collected from the collector. The central server(300) collects, stores, and processes the collected information of the local server. A client(500) displays the collected monitoring data of the signal network to a user. The local server includes a distributed database(202) storing only the local data and a centralized database(203) storing only the linked data. The centralized database generates the same database to the central server by using the replication function of the database.
