A fluff forming machine for a chemical yarn is provided to obtain a clean finished product of an artificial fluff woolen yarn by preventing cut wool from being put into the artificial fluff woolen yarn by dropping the cut wool generated in forming fluff. A first guide roller(2) is mounted over a bobbin(1) on which a chemical yarn is wound. A fluff forming element(4) having an exchangeable hollow friction body(3) is mounted over the first guide roller. A flier(6) is mounted over the fluff forming element and rotated by a driving belt(5). A second guide roller(7) is placed over the flier. A cut wool removing plate(9) is placed over the second guide roller and has an elongated slit hole(8). A winding roller(11) rotated by a driving motor(10) is mounted over the cut wool removing plate. Cut wool suction fans(13,13') having suction ports(12) are mounted between the fluff forming element and the flier, and between the second guide roller and the cut wool removing plate. The chemical yarn wound on the bobbin is processed into an artificial fluff woolen yarn while moving up so that the artificial fluff woolen yarn is wound on the winding roller.
