An apparatus for monitoring and repairing nozzles for electrospinning, and a method for monitoring and repairing by using the same are provided to inspect normality of an electrospinning state through nozzles by applying a laser beam, photographing images, and analyzing a result, and automatically repair the nozzles according to the result, thereby automatically monitoring and repairing the nozzles. A nozzle block(1) receives supply of a spinning solution from a tank. A plurality of nozzles(11) is installed at the nozzle block for spinning the spinning solution. A laser beam generator(4) and a photographing device(5) are arranged at a spinning area side of the nozzle, vertically to each other, to check an electrospinning state of the nozzles, wherein the laser beam generator and the photographing device move in all directions. A monitoring computer(6) analyzes inferior electrospinning state of the nozzles through images taken by the photographing device or an operation signal of a worker, stores a result of the analysis, and judges repair of the nozzles according to the stored result.
