A print paper for a color inkjet printer and a manufacturing method for the same are provided to increase the ink absorption speed of anions, to secure good permeability, and to make drying speed of the ink fast. The manufacturing method of a print paper for a color inkjet printer comprises the steps of: dispersing alumina of 90~130g with 3.0~4.5pH, a first particle size of 10~25nm, an electrokinetic potential of 40~44mV, BET(Brunauer, Emmett, Teller) of 103~171m^2/g, and porosity of 0.6~0.9cc/g, in an aqueous solution of 200~320 milliliters containing 4~6wt.% cation strained PVA(Polyvinylalcohol) and cation strained PVP(Polyvinylpyrrolidone) mixed at the rate of 1:0.3~0.7; obtaining a cation hydrophilic polymer by adding a dodecyl trimethyl ammonium methyl chloride cation surfactant of 0.6~1.5wt.% to a hydrophilic butadiene-styrene copolymer emulsion; producing alumina polymer sol with viscosity of 15~40cps and an electrokinetic potential of 43~50.12mV by mixing alumina sol of 40~65wt.% and the cation hydrophilic polymer; applying the alumina polymer sol on the print paper for 1~4 layers at the temperature of 30~36‹C in the application thickness of 10~60 micrometers by using a slide die coater; and drying the print paper coated with the alumina polymer sol.
