DCNP1 POLYMORPHISMS ASSOCIATED WITH SPECIFIC IGE TO MITE ALLERGENS

DCNP1(dendritic cell nuclear protein 1) polymorphisms associated with IgE specific to mite allergens in asthma patients are provided to analyze relationship between mite-specific IgE production and genetic mutation of DCNP1 gene in the asthma patients, so that production of IgE specific to mite allergens in asthma patients is predicted. The DCNP1 polymorphisms associated with IgE specific to mite allergens in asthma patients for predicting the production of IgE are provided, wherein the DCNP1 polymorphisms include -1288CT, + 1718CT and + 2666CA polymorphisms.
