Process of manufacturing sealing tools in consideration of a parameter for the sealing quality

The method involves carrying out compensation of tolerances of sealing tools (1, 2) and foils (3) by defined immersion depths (5, 6) of respective opposite ripple (4) in an assembly of foils consisting of the foils. A distance (T) of the ripple is provided, where experimental measurement of compression stress is carried for defined piercing depth of testing body with common geometry in the assembly of foils. Force that is induced in the tools is produced for a surface unit of the tools and is determined for defined piercing depths of a required ripple surface.
