Noble Fe-based bulk nanocrystalline alloys which can be easily applied to industrial applications and have excellent strength and superior ductility by enabling bulk type nanocrystalline alloys to be manufactured by an ordinary casting process without a conventional long and complex postprocess are provided. A Fe-based bulk nanocrystalline alloy with high strength and high ductility is represented by the general formula FeaMxBy, wherein M is at least one transition metal selected from Ti, Zr, Hf, Nb and Ta, and a, x and y mean atomic percents of Fe, M and B respectively and have values of 73=a=95, 4=x=26, and 1=y=10 respectively. The transition metal(M) is substituted within a range of 1 to 5 at.% in the alloy by vanadium(V), molybdenum(Mo) or tungsten(W). The iron(Fe) is substituted within a range of 1 to 5 at.% in the alloy by chromium(Cr), cobalt(Co) or nickel(Ni).
