A technique is disclosed, by which a mobile terminal (mobile node) performing handover can quickly and continuously receive after the handover the additional services as it has been receiving before the handover. According to this technique, MN (mobile node; mobile terminal) 10 transmits a message including a session identifier or the like of a path 24 to QNE (proxy) 68 under the condition connected to AR (access router) 21 before the handover. QNE 62 and QNE 63 on a path 34 where this message is transferred are present on the path 24, and its own interface address is added to the message.
