ELECTROCHEMICAL SENSOR FOR DETECTING BIOMOLECULE, METHOD FOR PREPARING THE SAME, AND METHOD FOR DETECTING BIOMOLECULE USING THE ELECTROCHEMICAL SENSOR

An electrochemical sensor for detecting a biomolecule, a method for preparing the same sensor, and a method for detecting the biomolecule by using the same electrochemical sensor are provided to reduce the detection time, improve detection accuracy, and eliminate an additional labeling process of the biomolecule for sensing and the need of elaborate designing of the probe. The electrochemical sensor(100) for detecting the biomolecule comprises: a substrate(102); a first material(104) fixed on the substrate by self-assembly and having the cavity structure; a second material(106) capable of selectively binding to the cavity of first material and having the electrochemical activity; and a probe biomolecule(108) fixed to the second material, wherein the substrate is made of silicon wafer, glass, quartz, metal or plastic and is coated with gold; the first material is cyclodextrin or calixarene, and the second material is ferrocene-containing metallocene, alkyl ammonium or adamantly group; and the biomolecule is a nucleic acid or protein.
