THE SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR GENERATING THE DATA FILE OF WELDING LOCATION WHICH ARE MARKED AT BOW AND STERN USING MARK AUTOMATIC WELDING ROBOT

A system and a method for generating a data file of a welding position displayed at a bow and a stern using a mark automatic welding robot are provided to reduce time of construction of a ship and improve quality of service of a painting work. A system for generating a data file of a welding position displayed at a bow and a stern using a mark automatic welding robot includes a program initializing unit(100), a file executing unit(200), an information extracting unit(300), an information matching unit(400), a line changing unit(500), and a program ending unit(600). The program initializing unit initializes a program converting a CAD file to the data file of the welding position. The file executing unit executes the CAD file in the initialized program. The information extracting unit extracts character information and shape information from the executed CAD file. The information matching unit matches the extracted character information and shape information. The line changing unit receives the matched character and shape information, makes the character into a size capable of being displayed in an operating area, and changes one line to a combination of an arc and the line. The program ending unit ends the program.
