A signal calibration device of a smart antenna system is provided to calibrate signals by using a main transceiver of a smart antenna, thereby simplifying a configuration of the smart antenna system as reducing a material cost. A beamforming and calibration block(200) generates each calibration signal for N transmission paths, sends the calibration signals by inserting the signals into the transmission paths, and extracts the calibration signals from signals received to calibration receiving paths of a calibration transceiver(225), then calibrates transmission signals for the transmission paths. DUCs(Digital Up Converters)(201) of each transceiver oversample the calibration signals inputted from the beamforming and calibration block(200). Transmission modules(202-207) of each transceiver modulate the oversampled signals into RF(Radio Frequency) signals. Transceiver control boards(208,209) transmit the modulated RF signals to couplers(210) and an array antenna(211). The couplers(210) couple the calibration signals to send the coupled signals to an N:1 distributor(220) of the calibration transceiver(225).
