A system and a method for selling merchandise product related to celebrities, and a server, a celebrity stock operation server, and a recording medium thereof are provided to apply a discount rate or incentive to the product sold to a client by linking/storing celebrity stock holding information and client information, and calculating the discount rate or the incentive based on the celebrity stock holding information of the client. A celebrity stock trading server(185) trades celebrity stocks of the client and stores/manages the celebrity stock holding information of the client. A product selling part(150) sells the product related to the listed celebrity to the client. A stock-related discount rate/incentive calculator(180) checks celebrity information corresponding to the product wanted by the client and the stock holding information of the corresponding celebrity. The stock-related discount rate/incentive calculator calculates the discount rate or the incentive for the product by corresponding to the checked stock holding information, and provides the calculated discount rate/incentive to the product selling part.
