A method for quantum key distribution and direct communication using entanglement induced by a transmission qubit is provided to improve the efficiency of a transmission bit by configuring a key bit through the transmission bit. A method for quantum key distribution and direct communication using entanglement induced by a transmission qubit includes the steps of: generating the transmission qubit and preparing a fixing qubit by a transmitter of a key; entangling the fixing qubit with the transmission qubit, and transmitting the entangled transmission qubit to a quantum channel by the transmitter; preparing the fixing qubit, and entangling the fixing qubit with the transmission qubit by a receiver; measuring the transmission qubit entangled with the fixing qubit, and opening the measuring result by the receiver; measuring their own fixing qubits by the transmitter and the receiver, and opening a key bit according to the measuring result by the transmitter; and decoding the encryption bit of the transmitter from the measuring result of the encryption bit of the transmitter and the fixing qubits by the receiver.
