An apparatus for a high spatial resolution laser desorption ionization mass analysis is provided to easily using the sample without any particular processing progress by mass analyzing the sample being ionized in atmospheric pressure status. An apparatus for a high spatial resolution laser desorption ionization mass analysis includes a body(20), a reflecting unit(30), a sub mirror(40), a main mirror(50), and a capillary(60). The body is installed on the ion introducing unit of the mass spectrometer. The reflecting unit is installed on the inside or the front or the rear, and reflects the laser beam to the front. The sub mirror is installed in front of the reflecting unit, and diffuses the laser beam which is reflected by the reflecting unit to the body. The main mirror is on the front-end unit, and ionizes the sample by concentrating the laser beam which is diffused by the sub mirror, to the outside of the front. The capillary has an edge of one side which is separated from the concentrated focus of the laser beam by the main mirror to the rear side, and passes through the sub mirror, the main mirror and the reflecting unit, and the edge of the other side is installed to the mass spectrometer, and introduces the ion which is generated by concentrating the main mirror, to the mass spectrometer, and its inside is hollow.
