A method for producing an antibacterial-deodorizing agent using an inorganic antibacterial agent at a proper concentration is provided to increase inhibition of cell proliferation. A method for producing an antibacterial-deodorizing agent includes the steps of: mixing a palladium chloride solution and hydrochloric acid and stirring the mixed solution; adding stannous chloride, ammonia, and formalin to the mixed solution; adding silver oxide to the resulting mixture until a pH value of the mixture reaches 7.5; preparing a transparent liquid by mixing silver nitrate and chlorine and exposing the mixed solution to sunlight to remove precipitates therein; mixing the mixture with the pH value of 7.5 and the transparent liquid to produce an inorganic antibacterial agent; and diluting the inorganic antibacterial agent to a concentration of 20-200ppm.
