DUST CLEANING SYSTEM FOR THE OFF-GAS PIPE DEPOSITED FROM THE HAZARDOUS WASTE MELTING PROCESS

A dust cleaning system is provided to remove dust actively from pipes of a wide variety of angles by permitting the dust cleaning system to be inserted into a vertical pipeline or a horizontal pipeline and even into an inclined pipeline. A dust cleaning system includes a controller(10), a cleaner(20), a feeding unit(30), a rotating unit(40), and a clamping unit(50). The controller has a bottom surface equipped with wheel rollers for movement. The controller has an adjustment plate(11) or adjusting components from the outside. The cleaner is transferred by being flexibly bent such that the cleaner is accommodated in the controller and inserted into a pipeline(A), and removes dust from the pipeline through a rotating brush. The feeding unit is driven by the adjustment plate of the controller, and moves the cleaner from the internal space of the controller to the pipeline. The rotating unit rotates the cleaner through the adjustment plate of the controller so as to remove dust from the pipeline. The clamping unit clamps the controller and the pipeline so as to perform dust cleaning process with a predetermined distance from the pipeline.
