A kind of method includes the step for extracting the word of the gene ontology from a biometric database for each gene for a lexical system one toxic related gene of extraction by using gene ontology and for estimating its biology relation; Lexical system by analyzing gene ontology applies a step of a statistical modeling; It is searched through the toxic related gene of applied statistics modelling and a step of the word to each gene ontologies; A step of biology relation is visually expressed between toxic related gene by using a graph algorithm.
