A blasting system and a method of using an electronic detonator and a non-electric detonator are provided to improve the drilling rate and the breaking grain size by arranging the electronic detonator having most suitable time in a cut-hole with maximal constraint-force. A blasting system and a method of using an electronic detonator(1) and a non-electric detonator(2) comprises the electronic detonator installed in one area divided according to the rock bed physical property condition of the excavation ground through an electronic detonator connection hair line; the non-electric detonator mounted in other area without the electronic detonator through a non-electric detonator connection hair line; a 0ms electronic detonator(3) installed between the electronic detonator connection hair line and the non-electric detonator connection hair line to combine the electronic detonator and the non-electric detonator; and an electronic detonator exploder(4) connected with the end of the electronic detonator connection hair line to explode the electronic detonator and the non-electric detonator with delayed time. The electronic detonator is mounted in a cut-hole of a tunnel, and the non-electronic detonator is mounted in an expansion hole, a perimeter hole and a bottom hole of the tunnel.
