A truck tire washer with a dry function is provided to dry a wheel washed with water with a strong wind and to remove fine dust on the wheel by installing a blowing fan and a blowing pipe. A truck tire washer with a dry function comprises a plurality of rollers mounted at right and left sides of the upper end of a body; a water spray pipe(40) formed at the front, the rear, and the side of the roller; a water pump supplying water with the water spray pipe; a soil drain duct(80) discharging soil at the lower end of the body; a blowing fan(90) mounted at right and left sides; a guide(75) connected with the blowing fan and a blowing pipe, formed with more than one blowing hole(75a) at side surface; and front, rear, and center blowing pipes(60,65,70) connected with the blowing fan and the blowing pipe, formed with more than one blowing hole at the front, the rear, and the center of the roller.
