An eco-friendly subsidence preventive system of a water pipe and a sewer pipe is provided to conserve natural environment by stably supporting the water pipe and the sewer pipe with taking roots of plants below the water pipe and the sewer pipe. A subsidence preventive system includes plural support frames(110) supporting a connection portion of water pipes(10) and having a recess(111) in which an insertion part(30) of the water pipe is placed, blade plates(113), a couple of assembling pieces(115) fixed on the blade plates with assembling holes(117) and assembling holes(119), an L-shaped link(120) combined with the assembling holes, a couple of connecting rods(130) combined between the assembling pieces to connect the support frames, and a vegetation unit(140) connected to the links to protect the lower outer periphery of the water pipe and to plant vines in a vegetation region. The vegetation unit has a U-shaped geogrid net(141) surrounding the lower outer periphery of the water pipe and having an inlet groove(143) opened down, a planting board(145) inserted to the inlet groove and made of coconut fiber to root the seeds of vines, and a geogrid plate(147) surrounding the lower part of the geogrid net.
