A boron added Fe-based wear resistance alloy for hardfacing using strain induced martensitic transformation is provided to reduce cost and period for maintenance and repairing of wear resistant parts by overcoming technical limits such as low abrasive property and low adhesive property of a Fe-based hardfacing alloy through addition of B, thereby imparting superior wear resistance to the Fe-based hardfacing alloy. A boron added Fe-based wear resistance alloy for hardfacing using strain induced martensitic transformation comprises 14 to 30 wt.% of Cr, 0.4 to 2.8 wt.% of C, 0.5 to 1.5 wt.% of Si, 0.05 to 2.5 wt.% of B and the balance of Fe and inevitable impurities, wherein the Cr and C are contained in the alloy within an amount range surrounded by point I to point VI of Fig. 1. The alloy comprises 18 to 22 wt.% of Cr, 1.5 to 2.4 wt.% of C, 0.5 to 1.5 wt.% of Si, 0.05 to 0.6 wt.% of B and the balance of Fe and inevitable impurities. The alloy comprises 20 to 24 wt.% of Cr, 2.0 to 2.8 wt.% of C, 0.5 to 1.5 wt.% of Si, 0.6 to 2.5 wt.% of B and the balance of Fe and inevitable impurities.
