CONSTITUTION: A member registration means(101) enables a user to input information requested from a system operator for registration. A saving means(102) saves the money by performing transfer through a bankbook, a card, a telephone, and a mobile phone. An information/education receiving means(103) receives educational data transmitted from the system operator through the Internet. An invention/development/business plan presenting means(104) enables the user to present an invention/development/business plan to a system through the Internet.
