A natural mineral composition coated on a filter member is provided to emit a large amount of anions and far infrared rays, discharge an electric current, have antibacterial and deodorant functions, purify air, and release no toxic material. The natural mineral composition coated on a filter member comprises 5wt% of an onion skin powder having a particle size of 500-1000mesh, 10wt% of an oak charcoal powder having a particle size of 325-500mesh, and 85wt% of a composition which consists of 80wt% of a sericite powder having a particle size of 1500-2000mesh, 10wt% of kiyouseki stone powder having a particle size of 1500-2000mesh, and 10wt% of a natural adhesive powder. The natural adhesive powder is selected from the group consisting of corn starch, benzoin, ester gum, natural latex, pine resin, glue, casein, sodium alginate, gelatin, and natural asphalt.
