PURPOSE: A cosmetic composition containing an inner skin extract of Castanea crenata and a Terminalia chebula extract stabilized in niosome to maximize physiological activity and stabilize cosmetics is provided, which has excellent skin elasticity improving effects. CONSTITUTION: The cosmetic composition contains 0.001 to 3.0 parts by weight of an inner skin extract of Castanea crenata, 0.001 to 3.0 parts by weight of a Terminalia chebula extract, 10 to 50 parts by weight of a nonionic surfactant, 1 to 50 parts by weight of a co-emulsifier and 30 to 80 parts by weight of a mixture of cholesterol, cholesteryl ester and soy sterol stabilized respectively in niosome, based on the total weight of the niosome.
