A spreading apparatus of a beach mat for landing and an installation method of the beach mat using the same are provided to minimize the moving distance of the vehicle and minimize the power consumption by loading/unloading the spool to the side of the vehicle by using the loading apparatus unit. A spreading apparatus of a beach mat for landing is composed of outriggers(12) mounted at the front and rear of a trailer frame(11) to support the load of the loaded object; a turret plate(15) installed to by placing a crown bearing(14) at the center of the trailer frame; a hydraulic pressure motor(13) rotating the turret plate; a loading apparatus unit(20) loading/unloading the spool at the turret plate; and a support guide arm(16) guiding the beach mat by using the guide roller of the front end. The loading apparatus unit contains a fixing plate, a crane arm rotatably installed at the upper side of the fixing plate, a loading arm loading/unloading the spool, and first and second hydraulic pressure cylinders rotatably mounted at the fixing plate and the crane arm respectively.
