The laboratory tap has a non-return valve (18) near the inlet (4) and a second valve (34) near the outlet (10). This closes automatically when the liquid pressure drops below a predetermined value. An independent claim is included for use of the valve in a circuit with a second valve which has two sealing disks, one of which is operated by turning an exterior sleeve.
