The turbine has a rotatably supported turbine wheel (17) that is supplied with an exhaust gas. A guide blade (8) is axially inserted between an exhaust gas flow and the turbine wheel in a turbine inlet cross section. The guide blade is adjustable by an actuator. The actuator is implemented as a bellows-adjusting device with an axial extendable and/or retractable bellows (22). The actuator is impinged on fluid e.g. hydraulic oil, with pressure for length variation of the bellows.
