The component has a substrate (TS), where a bottom side of the substrate is separated into a middle area (MB) and an edge area (RB) which surrounds the middle area in all sides. External circuit points (AA) are arranged in the edge area, and internal circuit points (IA1, IA2) are arranged in the middle area. The internal circuit point (IA1) is provided as a signal connector. The internal circuit points lie in two directions running transverse to each other between two other connections of pin-matrix.
