The method involves storing all information or part of information that is defined as significant or other information contained in the document in an information carrier that is readable in an inserted machine under application of any organization form of the data memory, where a data matrix code and radio frequency identification chip serves as the carrier. The organization of the data memory is enabled by classification of information to be stored, in which the defined category is considered as an information field, which comprises of any sequence.
