The system has a transaction unit (10) transmitting conditions assigned to a client (30) as selected data sets and an access code and/or identification characteristics. Access of clients to selected data sets is implemented using the characteristics and the access code. A processing unit administers or processes the allocations of the conditions to the respective process using the codes and/or characteristics in an application. An independent claim is also included for a method for allocation and automatic processing of requests between a transaction unit and a client, in consideration of predetermined conditions over a network e.g. data network.
