The method involves introducing an oxidation medium and water vapor into an injection and mixing pipe (1) separated by a cutting disc (5) into two chambers with closed burner tip (2) and micro structured surface sections (11,12,13) so that the cutting disc forms a fuel chamber (6) cooled at one side in the closed burner tip facing the reaction chamber. An annular oxidant chamber (8) is formed on the other side of the cutting disc. A homogeneous mixture is introduced into an annular gap (4) acting as flame barrier, into the reaction chamber by a zone with micro structured surface. An independent claim is also included for a device for mixing fluid fuels.
