The method involves providing a surface structuring in a base body using a laser. The base body is made of zirconium dioxide and high-stable mixing ceramics. The base body is made by an injection molding or a mechanical process from a semi-finished material. An implant e.g. dental implant, is received in a bone tissue. Line structures (2) with the laser are produced with raise and depression. The surface structuring is performed based on cell biological factors. An independent claim is also included for a dental implant.
