The actuator has a rotational speed sensor (3) and a displacement sensor (4) of fuel injection volume, where electricity power switches are opened and closed in a winding of an electromagnetic exhaust gas spill valve for transfer of an exhaust gas of an internal combustion engine in suction parts. The sensor (3) is directly or indirectly attached at an outer side of a housing (1) of an injection pump opposite to cams (21) of a camshaft (2). A control rod (5) is provided with magnetic labels that are turned away from a sensor and has a sleeve that is passed in a wall of the housing by an opening.
