The threaded bolt (1) has a threaded shaft (6), a cone-type centring friction face (5) and a bolt head. The end of the bolt head remote from the threaded shaft has an inclined or curved deflection area (4a'') which extends from the outer perimeter of the bolt head to the centre axis of the bolt. Indentations (7) for engaging a screw-action tool are formed in the outer peripheral surface of the bolt head. The engagement surface for the screw driver can be formed by a groove in the peripheral surface which seen in the screw-in direction of the bolt changes seamlessly into the outer sleeve face of the bolt head.
