The casement has a flat hinge with fixing part (8) engaging in the gap (9) which is formed between casement (2) and outer frame (1) when casement is closed. An elastic buffer (12) in the gap supports the casement when closed so that it does not sag in the frame. The buffer has fixings which engage in a profiled groove on the frame. Independent claim describes buffer formed by rubber elastic strip (13) extending in the longitudinal direction of the profiled groove.
