The device has a rigid animal excrement collecting structure (SG) located between an anus region of an animal and a tail of the animal in such a manner that the structure exactly occupies the correct position at the moment of the excrement outlet to collect the excrement. The structure is fixed at the tail by a rigid ring, which is made of different material such as cardboard, plastic, leather, rubber, metal, wood or textile.
