The sludge draining tank has a fleece filter (1) fastened to a perforated sheet metal at an inner wall and bottom of the tank (2) by clamping ring. The inner wall of the filter is closely adjoined at the bottom of the tank. The bottom of the tank exhibits an interlocking mechanism (3) which opens the bottom of the tank to discharge the sludge after draining the sludge. A holding device (4) is located on the tank for transporting and discharging the sludge.
