The device has a sensor unit (60) that causes rotation of a drive magnetic unit (50) or a driven magnetic unit (40) to generate a magnetic field, when a rotating unit (30) is provided in an angular direction in regard to the drive magnetic unit so that the drive- and the driven magnetic units generate the magnetic force to cause rotation of the rotating unit (30). The sensor unit is blocked against the drive- or driven magnetic units to generate the magnetic field, when the rotation unit is provided in another angular direction in regard to the drive magnetic unit.
