The long positioning cushion as a supporting aid has the cotton twill which accommodates the filling of the cushion divided into different chambers. The cotton twill is preferably about 300 cm long and has a circumference of between 30 to 90 cm, wherein preferably two chambers each of about 70 cm are located at the ends. Alternatively, only two chambers may be provided, which are separated in the middle. The chambers are filled with different materials of the same or different density.
